Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful order confirmation and payment.

We generally process orders within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

We currently offer shipping within India, subject to courier serviceability for the delivery address.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your order.

After your order is dispatched, delivery generally takes approximately 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and courier service.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier serviceability, weather conditions, public holidays, regional restrictions,

or unexpected courier delays.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be shared with you when available.

Please allow some time for the courier tracking information to become active after dispatch.

Our courier partner may make multiple delivery attempts if you are unavailable at the time of delivery.

Please ensure that the delivery address and contact details provided during checkout are accurate and complete.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or other customer-related

reasons, additional shipping charges may apply if re-shipping is requested.

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch, subject to our order processing status.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
